SP 250X series
SP 250X series is an environmental friendly heat curing silicone modified resin conformal coating material. It both has the properties of flexibility and high temperature resistant performance of organic silicon and high adhesion and excellent electrical property of polyester. The cured film shows high hardness, excellent transparency, highly polished, good heat resistance, wonderful electrical property, etc. SP 250X series can be applied to the anti-corrosion insulation of PCBA for all kinds of environments.
